CN Tower at night. Who the heck is that on the tower?

Mr. T Visits Ontario, Canada

Mr. T joined the Rackowitz family On Christmas Day in 1983.  If you haven't read about Mr. T's history with the Rackowitz Family, you really should do so. 

Mr. T has had many adventures with the Rackowitz family, but this was Mr. T's first visit outside the USA. 
As you might imagine, this was an exciting adventure for Mr. T.  He saw sights that many people have only seen in pictures.  He also got acquainted with a few of the Canadian natives.  But we have not yet figured out how that rascal got to the top of the CN Tower.
